2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

4. Product Information and Condition

Orfevre Maison sells both new and pre-owned luxury products.

Pre-owned items may display signs of age, previous use, storage, natural material variation, or restoration. We make reasonable efforts to describe each item’s condition, materials, color, hardware, accessories, and visible imperfections accurately.

Product photographs form part of the product description. Colors and details may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the material.

Customers should review the complete product description and available photographs before ordering. Additional photographs, videos, measurements, serial information, and condition details may be requested through WhatsApp before purchase.

5. Authenticity

Orfevre Maison sells authentic luxury products.

Each item is physically inspected before listing. Our review may include materials, stitching, hardware, stamps, serial or date codes, construction, and other brand-specific details.

If an item purchased from Orfevre Maison is confirmed to be inauthentic, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law after the item has been returned and verified.

6. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD).

Any currency conversion shown by a browser, payment provider, or third-party service is an estimate. The final amount charged may be affected by the customer’s bank, card issuer, exchange rate, or payment provider.

We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting or dispatching an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate options.

7. Taxes, Duties and Additional Charges

Customers ordering outside the United Arab Emirates may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, bank charges, currency-conversion fees, or other charges imposed by third parties.

Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements and charges applicable in their destination country.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not finally accepted until payment has been approved and Orfevre Maison confirms or dispatches the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:

Payment failure
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Delivery restrictions
Legal or regulatory requirements
Inability to verify customer information

If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, the eligible payment will be returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify or authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may request additional identity, payment, or delivery verification for high-value purchases. An order may be delayed or cancelled if the required verification cannot be completed.

10. Order Cancellations

Contact Orfevre Maison immediately if you need to request cancellation.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. Once dispatched, the applicable Delivery & Returns Policy will govern any return request.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, delivery coverage, shipping charges, customs responsibilities, tracking, missed deliveries, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy:

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of couriers, customs authorities, weather, public holidays, delivery restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated period, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law.

12. Returns, Refunds and Final-Sale Items

Orfevre Maison does not currently offer exchanges.

The following products are final sale unless mandatory consumer rights require otherwise:

Final-sale restrictions do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable remedies for an incorrect, damaged, inauthentic, or materially misdescribed item.

13. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for accepting their orders and completing required customs procedures.

If an order is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned because duties were not paid or incorrect information was supplied, applicable shipping, customs, storage, brokerage, and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

14. Intellectual Property

Website content—including the Orfevre Maison name, logo, text, graphics, design, photographs, videos, and other material—is owned by or licensed to Orfevre Maison and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Designer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the products offered and does not imply that Orfevre Maison is affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
